148 rooms divided between Maya beach and Gouves Bay. All rooms have private bathroom, , double room, mini fridge, telephone, radio, hairdryer, tv, balcony or terrace. In Maya Beach all rooms also have a dining room with a sofa bed. Maximum occupancy in Maya Beach is four adults. Only some rooms have maximum occupancy five adults.

In Gouves Bay the maximum occupancy is three adults and one child. Baby cot free of charge. All the rooms have safe boxes and air condition with charge.
